Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use Enkel: enkelhq.com, the Enkel web and mobile apps, and the Enkel MCP server. By creating an account or using Enkel you agree to them. If you use Enkel for a business, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
Give us accurate details and keep your password, email and Google account secure, since they're how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens in your account and in the workspaces you own, including what the people you invite do there.
Your data
What you put into Enkel stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to provide Enkel to you and the people you share it with. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. You're responsible for having the right to add the data you add, including your clients' and employees' details. If you share short links or hosted files, you're responsible for telling the people who open them that their visits are recorded, where the law asks you to.
Acceptable use
Don't use Enkel to:
- break the law, or store or send content that's illegal, infringing or harmful;
- host malware or phishing pages, or point short links at them;
- scrape sites in ways their owners forbid or the law doesn't allow;
- send spam or messages people didn't ask for;
- try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or probe, overload or disrupt Enkel;
- resell Enkel or copy it to build a competing product.
We may suspend accounts that do, and we'll tell you why unless the law or safety stops us.
Connected apps
Some Enkel apps work with other services, such as Google Calendar, Search Console and Meet. Your use of those services is also covered by their own terms. You can disconnect them at any time, and Enkel only does what you connected them for.
Plans and payment
Enkel is in early access. Paid plans, when they apply to you, are billed as shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe, with no annual contract. You can cancel at any time; your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing what you pay.
Changes to Enkel
We're improving Enkel all the time, so features may change. If we remove something important you rely on, or shut Enkel down, we'll tell you in advance and give you time to export your data.
Ending your account
You can stop using Enkel and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@enkelhq.com. We may close accounts that break these terms. Either way, we'll delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Enkel is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Enkel helps you organise your business; it isn't accounting, tax, legal or medical advice, so check anything important, such as invoices and tax amounts, before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, Enkel isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top, and tell you by email or in the app if the change is significant. Using Enkel after a change means you accept it.
